DC10

Nana Plaza, Bangkok

DC10 takes the aviation theme and runs with it. Located on the upper floor of Nana Plaza, the bar is fitted out to resemble an aircraft cabin, with overhead luggage compartments, airline-style seating in some sections, and staff dressed in modified flight attendant uniforms. The main performance area seats about 45 customers around a central stage, and the decor includes propeller blades, cockpit instrument panels, and safety instruction cards repurposed as drink menus. Around 12 to 18 dancers work each evening, with themed shows starting around 21:00. The venue has been operating under this concept for several years, and the novelty factor still draws curious first-timers alongside a regular crowd. Drink prices are slightly above the Nana Plaza average, reflecting the themed environment. The sound system is good without being punishing, and the bar fine structure follows the standard complex rates.

Full Review

DC10 is one of those bars you visit for the concept as much as the entertainment. The aviation theme is committed and detailed, from the entrance designed to look like a fuselage door to the drink menus printed on laminated safety cards. It's campy and fun, and the staff lean into it.

The shows are the main draw. At 21:30 and 23:00, the dancers perform choreographed routines in stewardess uniforms that gradually become less uniform-like. The production quality is above average for Nana Plaza, with coordinated lighting and costume changes. Between shows, the bar operates as a standard go-go bar with dancers on stage and workers circulating among customers.

Prices run slightly above the complex average. A beer at 170 THB and a lady drink at 200 THB are 10 to 20 THB more than the cheaper bars downstairs. The bar fine of 800 THB is mid-range. These premiums are reasonable given the themed environment.

The upper floor location means less foot traffic than the second floor, which keeps the atmosphere more intimate. On slow weeknights, it can feel empty, but Thursday through Saturday brings a solid crowd. The bartenders are skilled and the service is efficient. If you've already done the rounds of the standard go-go bars and want something with a twist, DC10 delivers on its premise.

The Neighborhood
