The interior runs dark wood panelling, booth seating along the walls, a long bar counter with draught taps including Guinness and Kilkenny, pool tables at the back, and wall-mounted screens showing whatever live sport is running. The layout handles both the early-evening dining crowd and the late-night drinking session without either group feeling compromised.

The kitchen is the venue's under-rated strength. Fish and chips arrives correctly: a proper battered fillet, good chips, and mushy peas that actually taste like mushy peas. Shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, and the burger menu all hold up at a level above the surrounding Kuta restaurants working similar dishes. The kitchen stays open until 01:00, genuinely one of the latest options in the area for anything beyond mie goreng or nasi campur. Portions are generous and prices fair, sitting slightly above street-stall rates but well below Seminyak pub-food prices.

Draught Guinness is the drink of note. The pour quality varies with staff changes but generally stays acceptable, and the 110000 IDR pint price is what it is for imported draught in Bali. Domestic Bintang on draught at 50000 IDR remains the default for most regulars. Pool tables see steady use throughout the evening, and the two screens at the back play live sport with sound when the fixture warrants it.

Compared to Arena in Sanur, Gracie Kelly's has the better kitchen and a more tourist-heavy crowd, with Arena pulling more long-stay expats. Compared to the surrounding Legian bars, it's the serious pub option rather than a party venue. Live music on weekend evenings brings in a single acoustic performer working classic rock, at conversation volume. The venue operates until 02:00, giving it a longer run than most Kuta restaurants and making it a reliable late-night food stop.
