Zirkoh
Zirkoh is a hybrid comedy-music bar and KTV venue near Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City. The ground floor hosts nightly comedy and music shows in a format similar to Laffline and Klownz, while the upper floor has private KTV rooms for groups who want to follow the show with their own karaoke session. This dual format makes Zirkoh popular for groups who want both experiences in one venue. The show room seats about 70 people, with table seating and a stage. The KTV rooms upstairs number six, ranging from small to medium. Entrance to the comedy show costs 250 to 300 PHP including one drink. KTV room rates are 500 to 1,200 PHP per hour. Beer costs 70 PHP, cocktails 120 to 180 PHP. The comedy performers are part of the Quezon City circuit, rotating between the area's comedy bars. The KTV rooms have modern systems with good song libraries. No hostess services are offered in the KTV rooms; this is a social entertainment venue.

Full Review
Zirkoh's dual format is clever. The ground-floor comedy show warms up the crowd, and the upstairs KTV rooms provide a natural extension of the evening. Groups who start with the comedy show often move upstairs for karaoke, creating a built-in two-act evening.
The comedy show on a Saturday night featured three performers doing 15 to 20-minute sets. The humor was in Tagalog with some English phrases mixed in, following the standard Quezon City comedy bar format. The performers were engaging, with strong audience interaction that pulled tables into the act. One comedian spent five minutes riffing on a couple at the front table, generating laughs from the entire room.
After the show, my group moved to a KTV room upstairs. The room was clean and modern, with a touchscreen karaoke system that had a better song library than I expected. Sound quality was good, and the room's acoustics were designed for singing rather than being an afterthought.
The combo experience worked well. The comedy show put everyone in a good mood, and the KTV session channeled that energy into singing. Our total spend for four people, including show entrance, a two-hour KTV room, and beers, came to about 3,500 PHP, or roughly 875 PHP per person for a full evening.
Zirkoh is the best single-venue option on the Timog strip for groups who want variety. The comedy show is as good as Laffline or Klownz, and the KTV rooms are better than budget competitors like Pier 39. Combining both in one venue saves the hassle of moving between locations.
